Governance & team

Our Board & Staff.

We Take IT for Charity is governed by a Board of Directors that sets policy, approves significant gifts, and provides oversight of the organization's day-to-day operation by its President — supported by the staff who keep things running day to day.

Jeffrey S. Wallace

President & Founder

Jeffrey founded We Take IT for Charity to help donors give complex, non-cash assets — real estate, business and LLC interests, precious metals, grain, and cryptocurrency — directing the proceeds to the ministries and donor-advised funds they care about. He manages the organization's full transaction lifecycle, from intake through closing.
